COOLING OFF PERIOD shall be for a period of 90 days from the date of acceptance of this Direct Seller application by the Company within which period any new Wellness Advisor shall be entitled to terminate this Contract without penalty and be entitled to full refund of price of products or materials purchased from the Company upon return of such products or materials in saleable condition.

REFUND/BUY BACK POLICY. Direct Seller has the option of Buy back or full return of currently marketable goods and services purchased by him/her within 30 days from the date of purchase at Direct Seller's request at reasonable terms. The return of the products must be supported with bill of purchase. The purchaser should insure that quality and condition of the product should be similar to the quality and condition, which was prevailed at the time of purchase. Such return shall be governed by the return policy published on website of the Company.

TERMINATION of the Direct Seller Contract. The Direct Seller may without assigning any reason, after giving written notice to the Company terminate this Contract with immediate effect and this contract would be terminated Automatically. A direct seller shall not be entitled to purchase products or services offered by the Company upon serving the notice. the Company shall also have the right to terminate this contract by giving 30 days’ notice in writing if the Direct Seller fails to make any purchase or sale of products or services offered by 1st party for a consecutive period exceeding 120 days. the Company may from time to time amend any of the documents comprising the Direct Seller Contract through notice on its website, If the wellness advisor does not agree to be bound by such amendment(s), he/she/they may terminate the Direct Seller Contract with immediate effect by giving a written notice to the Company. Otherwise, the wellness advisor’s continued relationship with 1st party constitutes an affirmative acknowledgment by the wellness advisor of the amendment(s), and his/her/their agreement to be bound by the same. In addition to the above: 1st party may terminate this Direct Seller Contract forthwith in case: the Direct Seller violates the provisions of the Code of Ethics or the Rules of Conduct; or reasons of non-performance of sales of the Company products and services as per the targets defined from time to time, if any,;for the breach of any provision hereof including but not limited to non-compliance of Rules of Conduct for the breach of Direct Selling guidelines published by the Government of India or any State Government due to misrepresentation by the Direct Seller to any consumer or prospective Direct Seller; or due to legal, regulatory or other developments that require material operational changes within the Territory, in which case 1st party may, if regulatory conditions allow, endeavor to restructure the contractual relationship with the Direct Seller on such terms and conditions as are then practical and legally permissible.


When you order for the test, our courier partners will deliver the kit to the address mentioned. Saliva collection can be done in the privacy of your home. Mail us or call us and we will arrange for our courier partner to pick up the kit.

Standard Operational Procedure for Redressal Committee
